He was polite, courteous and friendly. He had to carry his tools up three flights of stairs plus had to go up and down the stairs three times to check which stop tap was mine. This never stopped him smiling. He gave me good advice on how to cover the meter to prevent any one from messing with it. The work was done very quickly with little disruption and everything was left neat and tidy when they finished. They are a credit to their employer Daniel. The whole operation of having a meter fitted was a seamless process; from our first telephone enqury (Very well explained), good printed info, prompt and pleasant Surveyor and as nominated above very impressive fitters. The original incident had been reported 13/3/13 but my complaint was in relation to a subsequent bill dated 3/4/13. On 9/4 (15.00) and 12/4 I spoke to a total of 4 WW staff in relation to this. I only recorded Gwillym and Sarah (12/4) - there was another initial contact gentelamn and a lady, but I have to say that the attitude and manner of all was exemplary. It may be I am influenced by getting the outcome I wanted, but throughout the discussions with staff they were uniformly courteous, professional and most importantly gave me the impression they were listening to what I said rather than merely responding automatically. When I was told I would be called back within 20 mins I was called back in less. That is always reassuring. It was explained at one point another section had dealt with an aspect of the leak/repair - that unit gave me an answer. All in all it was a very impressive chain of communication and response. In an era of automated phone key / menus it was reassuring to speak to people who appeared genuinely motivated to address the issues I had raised. Courteous,understanding and able to get things done. She assisted us to get a resolve to problems caused with a shared supply due to an extremely intransigent neighbour. This had resulted in our being without a supply from the middle of last December, having to carry buckets of water from other neighbours properties. All this while major building work was being carried out to replace a fireplace. From the first contact with Ceri, right through the worst of the weather conditions that prevailed, she was always available, sympathetic to our plight and offered continued support to reaching a total resolve of the problem. We now have our own stop tap which was expertly fitted by the contractors in the minimum of time and have at last been relieved of al the mental anguish suffered. This is exceptional service from Dwr Cymru and I am so impressed, totally efficient, from start to finish, very rare nowadays! The crew then proceeded to clear the blockage and raise the manhole to ground level. I found the crew to be most pleasant, courteous and efficient,and returned the garden to it&#039;s former tidy condition.
