Good customer service is at the heart of helping ensure people living in Dyfed Powys feel confident about their police service.

We have a positive culture of doing a good job, but occasionally we do let ourselves down and we all know that a bad experience travels a lot further than a good experience. We want to do what we can to maximise the service experience of our citizens.

To help us do this you can nominate employees if they particularly impress you with the service they have provided. The WOW! Awards are the UK's only national award for customer service based purely on customer nominations.
